Six-Pack at 50? You Bet! 💪🏾

Who says you need endless ab exercises, cardio, extreme diets or drugs to rock a six-pack?

I never do cardio, I haven`t done a single direct ab exercise since the `90s, and I train an hour or less a week with Naturally Intense High Intensity Training.

And at 50, I’m living and LONG TERM proof that it not only works but feels great!!!💥

And it`s just smart training and proper nutrition!

You don’t need to spend hours in the gym.

You don`t need to starve yourself.

You don`t need to go on any bizarre flavor-of-the-month-diet or do tons of cardio.

None of that is sustainable, and many fitness influencers and bodybuilders may look great for a few weeks out of the year, but because they rely on extreme measures (and often drugs) it doesn`t feel great and it`s not sustainable.

Don`t make that mistake!

Make sustainability your priority and always avoid extremes.

If your current routine isn’t set to help you look (and most importantly) feel fantastic for decades, it might be time to rethink your strategy.

Get Massive Shoulders with Plyometric Pike Pushups!!!🔥

Take your bodyweight exercises for shoulders to the next level with Plyometric Pike Pushups!

The whole idea behind the movement is that you lower yourself under control (eccentric phase) then explode upwards as hard as you can (concentric phase), thus leaving the ground. And when you land, you do so with the increased force from gravity. Which makes the eccentric phase a far greater contraction than the concentric phase and that extreme stress on the muscles when stretched leads to serious growth!!!

It`s not easy though, by any stretch of the imagination and I recommend it only for advanced trainers. This was my last set after two previous sets and I went all out!!!

My shoulders were on fire by rep 6, but I soldiered through the pain and got an insane 23 reps, the last few barely leaving the ground as I hit momentary muscular failure!

Truly an exercise in self immolation, but it really works to build barndoor shoulders and cap your delts! So next shoulder session give this exercise a try and let me know how it goes! Thanks for watching and as always, Excelsior!!! #naturallyintense

High Intensity Home Gym Plyometric Hack Squats!

You don`t see it in the video but I had to take five as the room was spinning a bit after this last set!😵

It`s a controlled descent, accentuating the eccentric (negative) phase then immediately blasting up as hard you can so your ankles leave the ground.

Essentially a jump squat with enough weight and and a angle where it ends up looking more like a hop, but it`s a full out jump!

The stress on your quads, hamstrings and glutes is extreme and by the 5th rep or so your legs are on fire!

I got to 8, but knew I had more, so popped out another two, and then, as I said before, spent some quality time with a blank gaze staring off into space!!!💫

And for the gear minded, it`s an @betitanfit Linebacker Landmine attachment on a landmine tethered to my @roguefitness heavily modified Monster Lite Squat Rack!

DO THE WORKOUTS REALLY LAST 10 MINUTES?

Yes, very often it takes more time to get to the gym than it does to do the entire workout!

I AM NOT IN GREAT SHAPE- IS THIS WORKOUT SUITABLE FOR ME?

Many of our clients never set foot in a gym before working with us, and the great part about one-on-one training like this is that the training intensity is based on what you can do. We evaluate where you are and formulate the workout based on your individual fitness level, and it’s a method proven safe for all ages. As for those with pre-existing injuries, the wide variety of exercises allow us to always be able to find a way to help work around and rehabilitate almost any injury. Over the past 27 years we have worked with just about every injury possible and we are always able to tailor the high intensity workouts accordingly.

WHERE IS THE TRAINING DONE?

We primarily train out of the Complete Body Gym at 22 West 19th Street, New York, NY 10011 (between 5th and 6th Avenues)or we can come to you. The gym is one of the best equipped gyms in New York City and complimentary gym membership is included in all of our packages!However we understand that some prefer training in the privacy of their own home or apartment gym, in which case we send a trainer out to you!

WHAT IS THE DIET LIKE?

Our dietary guides are designed specifically for you and your goals. Whether you are an omnivore, vegan, vegetarian or something in between, we will create an eatign plan to make sure you get the most out of your workouts! The approach calls for a natural food based diet with an emphasis on minimally or unprocessed foods. We have custom apps that you can use on your phone to track your food intake if you are so inclined and we offer 24 hour support for any questions and to guide you through the process.

CAN I TRY IT OUT FIRST?

Absolutely! We offer a risk free first session where you will meet with us, have a short dietary consultation and experience our high intensity training 10 minute workout! We are so confident that you will love it that if you don’t think it will work for you we will refund the cost of the session. No questions asked! But in 27 years it hasn’t happened yet as EVERYONE who tries it, loves it!!!
