Showers and lockers are available at the Complete Body Gym, so if you need to take a shower after your workout, you are all set and towels are available as well!

Maximize Biceps Gains with High Intensity Arm Blaster Curls! 💪

If you ever need a surefire routine to blast your arms into growth, this is it!

The armblaster is a piece of equipment no gym (at home or commercial) should be without as it offers a simple way to really isolate your biceps!

This was my last set and it was time to go all out so I started with a set of seated barbell curls with the armblaster as a pre-exhaustion technique. Focusing on blasting the weight up and lowering under control to emphasize the eccentric (negative) phase. I got in barely 9 reps and knew I couldn`t get another one all the way up, so I increased my leverage by standing up and got in 6 hard fought for reps before approaching failure, then I did partial reps as hard as I could to momentary muscular failure!

My arms hurt as I type this now and do be sure to give this a try on your next arm day and let me know how it goes!!!
