Showers and lockers are available at the Complete Body Gym, so if you need to take a shower after your workout, you are all set and towels are available as well!

🔥 HIGH-INTENSITY INCLINE DUMBBELL FLYES 🔥

Within the context of Naturally Intense High Intensity Training, chest day isn’t just a workout—it’s going off to war, and today, we went all in. 💥💪

✅First set was with a pair of 60lb Nuobell Dumbbells to warm up and get my blood flowing as it was the first exercise of the day.

✅Second set was with 70lbs immediately after, no rest save to quickly change the weight for what I call a "check set"— as it determines my strength level for that day and gives me an idea of what my final weight will be.

✅ Then resting only long enough to increase the weight, my last "All Out Set" was with the 80lb dumbbells and I eked out seven gut-wrenching reps with my training partner @egcitrin shouting encouragement and I got to the point where I could not do another full flye even if my life depended on it! 💪

But with Naturally intense High Intensity Training, we don`t stop there, so I switched to partial presses, really stretching at the bottom and kept blasting through the pain to absolute failure!🔥

This isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about breaking barriers and pushing past limits. Leaving everything you have on that bench! 💯

🔥 CHEST DAY PAIN = GAIN! 🔥

Naturally Intense High Intensity Training is brutal!

Isometrics are an essential aspect of our training style and I took my chest workout to the next level today by starting with a punishing 20 second hold while doing incline dumbbell flyes! 💥💪

It was the last of three sets and time to go all out and so I had a pair of 80lb Nuobells in my hands and I held the dumbbells in the fully stretched incline flye position for a grueling 20-second isometric hold—🔥

Holds like these really stimulate pectoral muscle involvement and can be a key factor in helping you realize maximum chest development.

But my chest was on fire, my arms were shaking, with my muscles screaming at me to to quit... but I refused to give in and I had my training partner @egcitrin screaming at me as well to help me keep my focus!

Then, with everything left in the tank (which wasn’t much 😅), I cranked out an all-out set of dumbbell flyes to complete failure!

The kind where your muscles give out before your mind does!

Full stretch, full squeeze, no mercy! 💀

This is the kind of training that separates good from great and as a natural athlete you always have to be pushing past limits and embracing the pain, as it`s the only path to that next level of growth! 💯

I was aiming for 6 reps after that 20 second hold and you`re going to have to watch the video to see how many I got!!!

Build MASSIVE BICEPS With Arm Blaster Hammer Curls!💪

Arm Blaster Hammer Curls are an absolute mass-building must for your biceps! A staple in Naturally Intense High-Intensity Training, this variation takes regular arm blaster curls to the next level. The neutral grip allows you to lift heavier, isolate the biceps, and hit the brachialis for even more growth!

This was my final set, grinding my way up from 40lb to 60lb dumbbells—nonstop, all-out, true Naturally Intense style!

I was aiming for 12 reps, but when I still had some fight left, I dug deep for two more gut-wrenching reps until I hit complete muscular failure! Not bad for a 50-year-old, if I do say so myself and thanks to my training partner, @egcitrin for the encouragement! 😤🔥

💥 Mt biceps still sore, and the pump was unreal! 💥
