What if I told you I could help you build muscle and lose body fat training less than an hour a week?

Natural Bodybuilder Kevin Richardson was able to achieve his champion level physique with just one hour of high intensity training per week!

Or without any cardio, without any supplements, and most importantly, without drugs?

Almost everything that I say about diet and training tends to be extremely unconventional.

But here’s the deal.

I started at about 125 pounds and six feet tall and was able to realize my goal of becoming a successful natural bodybuilder without drugs.

Naturally Intense High Intensity Training is a natural bodybuilding program meaning there is no steroid use which allows clients to build muscle more safely and healthily

And I used a system I created called Naturally Intense High Intensity Training whereby I train with blistering intensity with workouts that last 10, 15, maximum 20 minutes, just three times a week with zero cardio and a diet of completely unprocessed foods.

And I’ve been training that way for over 30 years and I still look like this at 50 years old.

And that’s not the case at all because over the past 33 years, I’ve trained hundreds of men and women and help them get better results in less time with Naturally Intense High Intensity Training.

Some of them even went on to win their pro cards in natural bodybuilding competitions.

All of which has allowed me to enjoy a really successful personal training career, training a range of different athletes.

But what’s most important is the fact I took meticulous notes of my progress over the years and the progress of my clients.

So I have tons of data about what works and what doesn’t work for natural athletes.

My entire life has been based on the idea of to whom much is given, much is expected.

And I remember as a teenager growing up in Trinidad, the fact that there was absolutely no information for natural athletes whatsoever.
