about diet and training tends to be extremely unconventional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But here&#8217;s the deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I started at about 125 pounds and six feet tall and was able to realize my goal whereby I train with blistering intensity with workouts that last 10, 15, maximum 20 minutes, just three times a week with zero cardio and a diet of completely unprocessed foods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And I&#8217;ve been training that way for over 30 years and I still look like this at 50 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\"
